UPDATE/FIX: ASUS offers drivers for their USB-N10 adapter, which I have. The Realtek card is a Rosewill RNX-N250PCe with the Realtek RTL8188CE chipset. The ASUS wireless card has the BCM4352 chipset in it, and the AirPort thread has no dice for this particular chipset/manufacturer. It works, but help with this would be nice. REREEDIT: I have an old ASUS USB-N10 wireless adapter that luckily has support for Mac via a driver from ASUS, but it's hella slow. I've attached a screenshot of my PCI-E network devices.
